Lisa and Walter were both so helpful. Let me preface: I am a single mom. I called today because I heard my car grinding and thought I lost a brake pad. Turns out, they were metal on metal in the back. Not only did they fix everything for me today and order me new tires (which I desperately needed), but they met me where I was and helped make the experience something I could reasonably afford. I will not go anywhere else. Thank you again, Walter and Lisa, for not making me feel judged and helping in every way.

I got my tire patched here. I had called last minute and was stranded as I was visiting from out of town. They helped me right away and fixed my tire quickly. Great service and great people!

Update 14 May 2026: Once my tires were fixed, another couple of problems cropped up that I had to have looked at. I had been aware of them but it turned out that they were far worse than expected and required immediate repair because of safety issues. Not only did Chad explain everything very patiently, but he helped me find a way to get financing - very heavy interest but you don't have to have good credit and if you are able pay it off in a certain amount of time, it's extremely reasonable. It's like Care Credit but for auto repair. I have poor credit currently due to losing a great many of my clients to AI but I was stunned to discover that I was approved. This allowed me to get everything repaired and Chad and his excellent mechanics fixed me up in a very short amount of time and had me back on the road again. My car is running beautifully for the first time in a long time and even though I had a lot done and it was a hair-raising final total, the prices were extremely reasonable and beat the heck out of the dealership. Super friendly, very communicative, they do thorough inspections with photographs, and they give estimates that are either on target or come in a little un

Dropped it off at 745 after waiting 15 minutes for someone to show up when they told me 730. Needed 2 tires put on said I would be back at 430 to pick it up. Got back waited another 45 minutes for them to finish and noticed they had my hood open on the lift. Was driving home and smelled burning oil and thought maybe they topped off the oil and spilled some while doing it. Nope. I get home popped my hood and they had left my oil cap off. I lost a bunch of oil as it spewed all over under my hood and engine and everywhere else. While I was there also heard a tech yelling profanities at another customer. Will never go back.
